At this time, we are asking that patients please switch their appointments to telemedicine and teletherapy. If you are not yet set up with a virtual platform for meeting with your provider, please call the office so that we may assist you.


Please note, different providers may utilize different platforms for their appointments. Therefore, if you see separate providers in office for therapy and medication management, you will need to make sure you are set up for the preferred platforms of both providers.
