Sara is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

She provides psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and medication management.

Sara takes a holistic approach to medication management. In addition to assisting with finding the right medication(s), she supports habit building and lifestyle changes so patients get the most from treatment

and achieve long-term mental wellness. 

Sara specializes in treatment for folks experiencing ADHD, anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders and anger/aggressive behaviors. She is also certified to provide care and support to members of the LGBTQ21A+ community and as a life -long Alaskan has a passion for working with Alaska’s Indigenous people.

To maintain a work life balance and to support her own mental well-being, Sara spends time in nature with her rescued dogs, nurtures her many (many) house plants and occasionally attempts the Marie

Kondo process on her apartment while listening to true crime podcasts.
