I am delighted for the opportunity to collaborate with Greatland Clinical Associates.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and rooted in the evidence-based modality of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also offer EMDR therapy and am pursuing EMDRIA certification. I have a specialty in perinatal mental health and

received my Perinatal Mental Health Certification in 2019.

I received my master’s degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University in Boulder, CO in 2011. I moved to Anchorage in the summer of 2012 and found that it felt like my true home! I co-founded Mothering Wellness in 2014, which has evolved into the Alaska Chapter of Postpartum Support International. As a board member, I am so proud of the work PSI-AK is doing in our state to support women, birthing parents, partners, and families. 

When I’m not camping or traveling with my partner and two kiddos, you can find me experimenting in my garden, enjoying live music in all its forms, practicing yoga, or playing a never-ending game of fetch with my dog.
